I had a wonderful 60 minute float! The staff was so kind and attentive. I loved all the shower products provided. I ended with a zero gravity massage chair session, which was amazing way to wrap up the float session! The space they create for the massage is very relaxing and adds to the experience

My husband bought me a package for my birthday because I’ve always wanted to try a float spa. The staff member was incredibly helpful. She gave a tour of the areas I would be using and was extremely helpful at explaining the process. I love coming here! The experience is always top notch. All of the employees here make sure that you're in better condition than when you walked in, every time. I feel like each genuinely cares about the well being of their members. Especially, Marissa! Her attention is always on the client and nothing else. I typically get the infrared sauna and then go right to the float. I love the infrared sauna because it makes me feel like I'm baking in the sun, but the heat is beneficial and I don't get a sun burn. If you've never floated before, give it a try. And try it more than once. The first time I floated, I left the underwater light on the whole time because it was such a weird experience. Now I can't wait to turn the light off and get the full experience. I've even started adding hypnosis to the floats. I recommend floating if you are stressed, love water, need some time to yourself, or need a digital detox. I do it for all 4 of those reasons. Two tips: 1) Do some deep breathing during the drive to the spa to start the relaxation process early to get more out of your time there. 2) Do a body scan for any cuts, raw cuticles, etc. that would sting if salt got in it. Nothing worse than forgetting about a small cut somewhere, and the burning sensation when the salt hits it! Thanks East Coast Float Spa for always making my sessions such a peaceful experience!

Its was a wonderful experience. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The spa was very clean and relaxing. The energy was over all fabulous. I couldn't of asked for a better first time experience i will definitely be back

Awesome experience! Staff is super friendly and helpful - very nice clean facilities. You get a private stall here - own shower and own giant bathtub of Epsom salt. (Not a pod experience) You can control lighting and sounds... The zero gravity massage chairs are awesome - even for very tall ppl (6'5"+) - you can lounge in them as long as you like after your float! Definitely heading back for more ...
